Duane W. Rich age 74, of Wausaukee, formerly of Milwaukee, passed away suddenly on Friday, November 27, 2020.
Duane was born in Duluth, Minnesota to the late Gordon and Dorothy Rich. Duane grew up in Milwaukee, WI. and graduated from South Division High School. He voluntarily served his country during the Vietnam era in the Navy, on the USS Bryce Canyon.
He was a member of the DAV, VFW and the Wausaukee American Legion. He worked 40 + years at Ladish Co in Cudahy, WI as a Tool Grinder and Inspector.
He found the love of his life on Valentine's Day and married Mary Miklaszewski in 1971. He is further survived by a daughter, Debra (Gary) Anderson and a son, Robert (Ashlee) Rich; Grandchildren, Michael (Kassandra) Anderson, Alexandria Rich, Mikayla Rich and Calvin Rich and Great-Grandson, Jackson Anderson. He is further survived by a sister, Vicki (Kenneth) Haberman and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews and one Uncle, Henry (Susan) Rich.
He loved hunting, fishing, cribbage and trips on our pontoon. He loved teaching his grandkids, nieces and nephews about hunting and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gordon & Dorothy Rich and a sister Marjorie.
His brother Gordon (Sue) Rich passed away on December 20, 2020.
