Clara L. (Hoffman) Talbot, 74, of Sheboygan, was called home to the Lord on Thursday, May 12, 2022 after a Courageous battle with a lot of cancers.
Born Jan. 9, 1948, to the late LeRoy and Atha Hoffman, she attended school in Marinette. She married Lorel Talbot in 1969 and they moved to the Sheboygan/ Kohler area, where she raised her family. She worked at Ametek and other factories in the Sheboygan area for many years.
Early 2019 she was diagnosed with stage four cancer and she moved to Sunny Ridge Rehabilitation Center in Sheboygan to battle her cancer, where she even survived Covid-19.
She also received a few Miracles along the way. She he was a fighter and when anyone asked her "How are you doing?" Her reply was always, "I'm Fine". A very sweet, kind, caring lady, she was a loving and devoted mother.
Survivors include a son, Griff (Sheila) Talbot of Sheboygan; a daughter, Dawn Markiewicz of Fond du Lac; 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; a brother, Tom Hoffman of Amberg; three sisters, Lydia Price of Peshtigo, Mary Bray (Bill Dornaus) of Green Bay and Myra (Rick) Christophersen of Menominee, Mi.; a brother-in-law, Ray (Sharon) Talbot of Cave Junction, Or. and many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Charlie; a sister, Amy; her ex-husband, Lorel and a sister-in-law, Marie Talbot.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 25 from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the apartment building at 131 NW Front Street, Peshtigo, in the Community Room. Jim Martell of Hansen Onion Martell Funeral Home of Marinette is assisting the family with arrangements.
