On behalf of the Menominee American Legion Auxiliary (ALA) Unit 146, we wish to extend our appreciation to the community for supporting our veterans during National Poppy Days which was held May 17-19 in the City of Menominee. The American Legion Family uses this symbolic flower which are made by hospitalized, and disabled veterans as a form of rehabilitation to honor and support veterans.

Drink up ... It's Dairy Month...

Wisconsin weather is up to its usual tricks. Some of the nights late last week were so warm you couldn't sleep for listening to the corn grow, not to mention the unaccustomed heat, and mosquitoes so tiny that they came right in through the window screens.
