David M. Salewski
David Myron Salewski, 80, of Perkinston, Ms., formerly of Seymour, passed away Saturday, Feb. 18.
Born and raised in Wisconsin, he moved to Biloxi, Ms. as a young airman in the United States Air Force. After service, he became a leader in the semi-conductor industry, working for many companies including Texas Instruments, Intel and AMD.
After retirement, he and his wife moved to Perkinston to be near her elderly parents. Later in life, he was loved by his new church community, was a man that cared about others and will be missed by many.
He is survived by two daughters, Sharon Duffey (Steve) of Prescott, Az. and Linda Costello (Ken) of Sanbornton, N.H.; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Along with his parents, Myron and Blanche Salewski of Seymour, he was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Earline Hankins Salewski, formerly of Biloxi, MS.
Burial will be in Biloxi National Cemetery with his late wife. Moore Funeral Service in Wiggins, Ms. is assisting the family.
