Dolores H. (Zawacki) Klussendorf, formerly of Wausaukee and Waukesha, passed away at Rennes Health Care Center-East in Peshtigo on Friday, March 3.
Born June 3, 1930 in Milwaukee, to Stanley and Mary Zawacki, she married Roy Klussendorf on Sept. 2, 1952. A mother and housewife most of her life, she later worked as a baker for the Kettle Moraine School District. Upon her husband's retirement in 1982, they moved to the Wausaukee area. She enjoyed her family, knitting, crossword puzzles and reading.
She is survived by six children, Bill (Marlene) of Coleman, Rick (Sharon) of Klondike, Sue Mech of Wallace, Mi., Mary (John) Barnhart and Kathy (Tom) Johnston, Jr., both of Waukesha and Dawn (Alan) Wieting of Crivitz; eight grandchildren; 11 step-grandchildren; nine step-great-grandchildren with one due in October; 29 step-great-great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews and friends.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy and a son-in-law, Butch Mech.
Per her wishes, no formal service will be held. Memorials to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association are appreciated.
