Gladys M. (Krantz) Rasner, 86, of Menominee, MI., passed away Friday, March 31 at Bay Area Medical Center.
Born Jan. 23, 1931 in Menominee, to the late Axel and Pauline (Spitzer) Krantz of Wallace, Mi., she attended schools in Wallace and graduated from Stephenson High School in 1950. She worked at the Bank of Stephenson for seven years. On May 8, 1954, she married Edgar Rasner and he preceded her in death on April 23, 1986.
She enjoyed gardening, working outside in her yard, baking, polka music and dancing.
She is survived by two sons, Dennis (Angie) Rasner of Wallace and Dean Rasner of Onsted, Mi.; a grandson of Wallace; two sisters, Helen Loskot of Menominee and Marie Przewrocki of Green Bay.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Chester Robert.
Family will receive friends at Anderson Diehm Funeral Home in Stephenson, Mi. on Thursday, April 6 from 3 p.m. until time of a funeral service at 5 p.m. Rev. Cori Johnson will officiate with burial in Mellen Township Cemetery.
