Hearing Discontinue Town Public Way

The Wausaukee Town Board held a public hearing on April 11 at 6:45 p.m. at the Town Hall.
Members present were Chairman Jeff Engelmann; Supervisor 1 Bob Jicha; Supervisor 2 David Tomasino; Supervisor 3 Kurt Stumbris; Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor; Treasurer Sally Hultquist; Clerk Cheryl Stumbris. Also Roger Howe and Elaine Howe.
Engelmann conducted the hearing at 6:45 P.M. on the proposed intent to consider a petition to vacate a public way in the Town of Wausaukee, located at the end of Wolf Lake Rd. in front of Lots9 and 10 which is the property of Elaine Howe and Roger Howe. A scale map of the land that would be affected was available. The hearing opened with comments from several property owners in the area of proposed discontinuance.
After discussion of vacating and discontinuing said road was agreed, Jicha made a motion to discontinue public way which was seconded by Tomasino.
