Linda L. (Walters) Sevon, 56, passed away Sunday, May 14, 2017 at St. Luke's Hospital in Milwaukee.
Born Oct. 16, 1960, to the late John and Sandra (Costelic) Walters in Calumet, Mi., she graduated from Calumet High School in 1977. In October of 1977, she married Gary Sevon in Calumet and worked at BAMC, Bayshore Home Nursing and National City Bank.
She enjoyed crafts, cooking and gardening, was a member of Faith Lutheran Church and was on the property committee for many years.
She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Gary Sevon of Menominee; two sons, Jamie Sevon of DePere and Eric (Jenny) Sevon of Menominee; two grandchildren; her step-mother, Wanda Walters; three brothers, Jim Walters, David (Lois) Walters and Ken Walters; step-brothers, Rick (Scott McClure) Carter, Randy (Lynn) Harvey and Rory Harvey; a brother-in-law, Gerry (Janet) Sevon; a sister-in-law, Betty (Bob) Kocjan and many nieces; nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Donna Caron and brother and sister-in-law, Kenny and Shirley Sevon.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 20 at Faith Lutheran Church in Marinette from noon until time of the funeral services at 1 p.m. with Pastor Michael Mathey officiating. Cadieu Thielen Funeral Home of Menominee is assisting the family with arrangements.
