Yvonne Rhude, 84, of Marinette, passed away Friday, May 26, 2017 at Rennes Health Care Center-East.
Born April 9, 1933 in Eau Claire, to the late Alfred and Bertha (Howe) Stokes, she graduated from Elk Mound High School in 1951 and worked as an Executive Assistant for many years.
On Feb. 21, 1953, she married Donald Rhude in Elk Mound and in 1974 they moved to Marinette where she worked for many years as a Real Estate Agent. She enjoyed hunting, fishing and traveling with her husband.
She is survived by two daughters, Jane DeGayner of Marinette and Cynthia (Mike) Mildbrand of Alaska; a grandson; a great-grandson; two brothers, Jim (Rhonda) Stokes and Phil Stokes and many nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald; a son-in-law Jan DeGayner and brothers and sisters-in-law.
Per her wishes, no services will be held. Thielen Funeral Home of Marinette is assisting the family. Any expressions of sympathy can be sent to the funeral home.
