THE CITY REBORN FROM THE ASHES OF AMERICA'S MOST DISASTROUS FOREST FIRE
William "Butch I" Pairon, 74, of Stephenson, Mi., passed away Monday, June 19, 2017 at Dickinson County Health Care System in Iron Mountain, Mi.
Born Feb. 23, 1943 in Menominee, Mi., to the late Joseph and Sarah (Parrette) Pairon, he worked at Peninsula Piping as a sheet metal worker and also owned and operated the Midwest Bar.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, trap shooting, traveling and watching the Green Bay Packers.
Survivors include a son, Shannon Pairon of Stephenson; a daughter, Laura (Lamont) Hicks of Las Vegas, Nv.; four grandchildren; three brothers, Joseph (Shelby) Pairon, Michael (Eileen) Pairon and Jim Dessart, all of Menominee and two sisters, Mary (Neal) Beaudo and Barb (Larry) Moberg, both of Menominee.
Per his wishes, no services will be held. Anderson Diehm Funeral Home of Stephenson is assisting the family.
