Carol L. Rosner, 82, of Marinette, passed away Monday, Aug. 7, 2017 at Rennes Health and Rehab Center in Peshtigo.
Born Sept. 24, 1934, in Milwaukee, to Howard Kinne and Adele (Patzen) Kinne-Weidner, at a young age, she moved to Marinette and raised her four children. She worked at Boucher's Bakery and Angeli's Bakery.
She loved family get-togethers and holidays with her family and always brought her famous German potato salad.
She is survived by a daughter, Sandra (Jeff) Carlson of Austin, Tx.; two sons, Melvin II (Ellen) Hanneman and Scott (Cherylynn) Hanneman; nine grandchildren; great-grandchildren; step-children and a brother, Glenn Weidner of Milwaukee;
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her step-father, Harold Weidner; a son, Kenneth Hanneman; siblings, Dianne and Douglas Kinne and her former husband, Vernon Rosner.
Friends may call at Porterfield Lutheran Church from 9:30 a.m. until time of the funeral services at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 12. Rev. Christina Forsythe will officiating and entombment will be in Forest Home Mausoleum in Marinette. Hansen Onion Martell Funeral Home of Marinette is assisting the family with arrangements.
