Calvin Riemer, 90, of Wausaukee, passed away unexpectedly at home on Sunday, July 30, 2017.
Born Feb. 24, 1927, to the late Herman and Alma Riemer, he married Eleanor Dowdin in 1950 and they were together for 55 years until her death. He served in the United States Marines during World War II. During his younge years, he lived on Lake Mary and enjoyed hunting, fishing and cutting firewood.
He is survived by three daughters, Margie (Gary) Schindler, Cheryl (Richard) Beuscher and Patti (Tom) Kijewski; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Including his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Eleanor; four brothers and two sisters.
Roubal Funeral Home of Wausaukee is assisting the family with arrangements.
