Orville Williams, 85, of Bartonsville, PA, passed away Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at home.
Born May 11, 1932, in Amberg to the late Lloyd and Katherine (Eskildsen) Williams, he proudly graduated from Amberg High School before moving to Chicago to pursue further education and a career in mechanical engineering. He married his wife "Randi", Ragnhild Anseth of Flisa, Norway, in 1955.
They had two daughters and moved to Elmhurst, IL in 1962 where they lived until retirement. They spent the last 20 years in Pennsylvania to be near their daughters and grandsons and often returned to Amberg to spend the summers.
In addition to golf, bowling and many other hobbies, he loved to paint and enjoyed creating the mural on the Amberg Historical Museum.
He is survived by his wife "Randi" his daughter, Corinne; his grandsons, Douglas Rockoff, Thomas Rockoff and Gianluca Arbo and his sister, Kathleen Mc Andrews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Penny; his grandson, Francesco Arbo; his sisters, Myla Krueger and Madeline Walter and his brother, Norman.
There will be a brief Graveside Memorial at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) on Saturday, October 14th at the Amberg Cemetery with Pastor Gene Wickman officiating. Online condolences may be expressed at www.roubalfuneralhome.com Roubal Funeral Home of Wausaukee is assisting the family with arrangements.
