Michael C. Stanislawski, 67, of Menominee, Mi., passed away Saturday, Oct. 28, 2017 at home.
Born June 21, 1950 in Menominee, Mi., to the late Carl and Evelyn (Wolowitz) Stanislawski, he graduated from Menominee High School in 1968 and worked at Rodman Industries, BuyRite and retired from Specialty Chem Design.
On June 16, 1990, he married Edith Behnke at the Brass Lantern in Marinette. He was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Birch Creek and enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing cribbage.
He is survived by his wife, Edith of Menominee, Mi.; a daughter, Melissa (Lincoln) Vircks of Kaukauna; two sons, Brent (Michelle) Stanislawski of Wallace, Mi. and Michael John Stanislawski of Combined Locks; two sisters, Patricia (Ralph) Tordeur and Carla Jean Stanislawski; seven grandchildren; five sisters-in-law, Frances Staudemader, Irene (Kurt) Mayou, Margaret (Sid) Myers, Nancy (Andy) Andersen and Pam Nerat.
Visitation was held Wednesday, Nov. 1 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church from 11 a.m. until time of a Funeral Mass at noon. Fr. Michael Ocran officiated followed by burial in Birch Creek Cemetery. Anderson Kell Funeral Home of Menominee assisted the family with arrangements.
