James Henry Albrecht, 82, of North Hills, Ca., formerly of Peshtigo, passed away Sunday, Jan. 14, 2018.
Born Nov. 20, 1935, to Loren and Clara (Kehoe) Albrecht, he graduated from Peshtigo High School in 1953 and earned a degree in Electirical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
After moving to California, he worked briefly at Hughes Aircraft and then Northrop Grumman as a research engineer from where he retired.
In 1964, he married Barbara Prye and she preceded him in death in 2007.
He is survived by three children, Michelle (Duke) Mickael, Andrea (David) and Darren (Kellee); a sister, Margaret (Loren) Howarth; seven grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents and wife, Barbara, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Richard and Loren and an infant brother.
Graveside services were held on Monday, Jan. 29 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles, Ca.
