Doris Mae (Follett) Boucher, 92, of Oconto, passed away Wednesday evening, Feb. 7, 2018 at her home, surrounded by family.
Born Jan. 17, 1926 in Oconto, to the late Louis and Emma (Simeraski) Follett, she married Ernest Boucher on July 14, 1944 and he preceded her in death on Jan. 31, 1965.
She cared for her family of 11 children, which she loved dearly. A very welcoming and loving person, she would take in a stranger and feed them.
She is survived by nine children, Gloria Boucher, Lydia (Bob) Warrichaiet, Barbara Koloso, Deana Longsine, Dale (Skid) Ebert, Lee (Donna) Boucher, Randy (Jennifer) Boucher, Eddie (Debbie) Boucher and Ernie Boucher; 20 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Charlie; a daughter, Linda (Justin) Wenzel and a grandson, Randy.
The family welcomed those who wanted to say their goodbyes at Gallagher Funeral Home in Oconto on Monday, Feb. 12 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
