Diane A. (Druckrey) Vanden Brook, 82, of Bonduel, passed away Monday, April 9, 2018 in Oconto Falls.
Born April 10, 1935 in Bonduel, to the late Albert and Alice (Knutson) Druckrey, she graduated from Bonduel High School and worked at Bonduel Telephone until retirement. On May 23, 1959, she married George Vanden Brook in Bonduel and he preceded her in death on April 30, 1996.
A volunteer for the Bonduel Archives, she enjoyed dancing, bowling, cards, especially Bridge and was an avid Packer fan, loving mother and grandmother.
She is survived by two children, Julie (special friend, Steve Nowaczyk) Hoffman of Green Bay and Tim (Wendi) Vanden Brook of Bonduel; two grandchildren; two step-grandsons; a great-grandson; a step great-grandson; two brothers-in-law, Jim Vanden Brook and Dave (Donna) Vanden Brook and many nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George; two brothers, Dale and Chuck Druckrey and two sisters-in-law, Pat Vanden Brook and Romaine Druckrey.
Visitation will be held at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Bonduel on Thursday, April 12 from 9:30 a.m. until time of the funeral services at 11 a.m. Rev. Mark Pamler will officiate with burial in the Church Cemetery. Swedberg Funeral Home of Bonduel is assisting the family with arrangements. A memorial fund has been established for St. Paul Lutheran Church and Bonduel Fire and E.M.S.
