Charlotte (Olson) Miller, 82, of Menominee, Mi., passed away early Easter Sunday, April 1, 2018 at Atrium Post Acute Care Facility of Menominee, after a long struggle with Alzheimer's Disease.
Born April 29, 1935 in Marinette, to Mabel (Knutson) and Anton Olson, she graduated from Marinette High School in 1953. On June 7, 1956, she married Gary E. Miller of Marinette at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Marinette and they had seven children. She retired from Emerson Electric of Menominee in 1997.
She enjoyed reading, needlework, camping, Packer games, had a green thumb and was always game for a road trip. Her family, children and grandchildren were very important to her and she always showed it.
She is survived by four children, Christy (Jim) Van Court of Gladstone, Mi., Paul (Lori) Miller of Escanaba, Mi., Clark (Jackie) Miller of Marinette and Connie Miller of Sturgeon Bay; 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and many nieces; nephews; cousins and friends.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her two infant sons, David and Daniel Miller; an infant daughter, Sena Miller and many beloved brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be held at Hansen Onion Martell Funeral Home on Saturday, April 14, 2018 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., with a Memorial Service at 3:30 p.m., with Rev. James Wendt officiating. A light luncheon will follow at the funeral home.
