Eileen (Anderson) Boorman, 70, passed away Friday, April 27, 2018 at her sister's home in Orange, Ca.
Born Nov. 26, 1947, to the late Clarence A. and Marie E. Anderson, she graduated from Menominee High School in 1965 and worked at Ansul Chemical Company in the 1970s. She married Gary H. Bero of Menominee, Mi. and they divorced.
She later married Charles Boorman and moved to California, where he adopted her two boys, Shawn and Jason and they later had another son, Aaron.
She enjoyed following NASCAR, buying antiques and collectibles and selling them on Ebay, but especially loved time with family and grandchildren. She was known as the Red White and Blue lady as she loved collecting and displaying Patriotic memorabilia and was respectful of the military and the United States of America. She attended the Cottonwood Church in Los Alamitos, Ca.
She is survived by three sons, Shawn Boorman of Las Vegas, Jason (Alex) Boorman of Valencia, Ca. and Aaron Boorman of Buena Park, Ca; five grandchildren; a granddaughter; three sisters, Carolyn Jean (Roger) Beland-Dolliver and Joyce (Fred) Reidell, both of Menominee, Mi. and Doris (Don) Hofer of Orange, Ca.; two brothers, Roy (Madeleine) Anderson of Concord, N.C. and Donald P. (Sue) Anderson of Menominee; many nephews and nieces and two aunts, Agnes Campbell of Sauk Centre, Mn. and Mary (Sis) Hayward of Florida.
Including her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Roger and a special friend, Conrad Willbanks.
A California Memorial Service will be held in June with a second Memorial Service to be held in Menominee for family and friends with burial in Riverside Cemetery.
