Gary J. Semrau, 69, of Oconto, passed away Aug. 7, 2018 in his sleep.
Born July 1, 1949, to William and Evelyn (Evrard) Semrau, he worked as a machinist at Eagen Manufacturing in Oconto Falls.
He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and was an avid hunter.
Survivors include a brother, William Semrau of Cream City; two sisters, Shelby Yudes of Oconto and Judie Critchfield of San Antonio, Tx.; two sons, Gary Jr. (Molly) Semrau of Abrams, and Lukas (Nichole) Semrau of Chase; four daughters, Toni (Thomas) DeBeck of Green Bay, Corrie of California, Elizabeth Semrau (fiancé, Josh Cherney), Oconto and Emily (Tyler) Denham, Wilson, Ks.; 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Including his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Patricia Groth and Shirley Krueger; three brothers-in-law, William Yudes, Byron Critchfield and Paul Krueger; two nephews, David Yudes and Michael Groth and a niece, Jodi Remiker.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, Aug. 7 at Lyndahl Funeral Home in Green Bay from 10 a.m. to noon.
