Darrell R. Hebert, 81, of Marinette, passed away Thursday, Jan. 24, 2019 at Rennes Health Care Center-East in Peshtigo.
Born Aug. 7, 1937 in Marinette, to the late Claude and Mary (LaCombe) Hebert, he married the former Kay Van Haren at Emmanuel Lutheran Church on May 9, 1975. He worked as a pipe fitter at Scott Paper Company for 38 years, retiring in 1994.
He enjoyed woodworking, gardening, taking care of his lawn, traveling, watching the Packers and Brewers and attending his childrens and grandchildrens sporting events, but mostly time with family. He was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church.
Survivors include his wife, Kay of Marinette; four daughters, Tammy (Dave) Nichols of Wallace, Mi., Tracy (Jeff) Polaski of Menominee, Mi., Terry (Jamey) Richardson of Fort Mill, S.C. and Amanda (David) Eischen of Grafton; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a sister, Leatrice Mac Donald of Marinette; a brother, Art (Marilyn) of Wild Rose and a sister-in-law, Mary Hebert of Marinette.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Darrell; two sisters and three brothers.
Family received friends at Anderson Kell Funeral Home in Menominee on Tuesday, Jan. 29 from 3 p.m. until time of a Memorial Service at 5 p.m., with Pastor Paul Strom officiating.
