Kerney "Dale" Espy, 80, of Amberg, passed away Sunday, Feb. 3, 2019 at NEWCare Convalescent Center in Crivitz.
Born Jan. 2, 1939 in Freeburn, Ky., to the late Clarence and Ruby (Rutledge) Espy, he served in the United States Army in the 101st.
He worked in Chicago for 35 years before retiring in Amberg and enjoyed golfing, fishing and traveling.
He is survived by Patti Brooks; three children, Timothy (Anna), Laurie and Richard Espy; seven grandchildren and three siblings, Hal (Joany) Espy, Clarence (Jenny) Espy and Leramae (Joe) Dado.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marion and five siblings.
Family and friends may visit Roubal Funeral Home on Saturday, Feb. 9 from 10 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 11 a.m., with Pastor Gene Wickman officiating. Burial will be in the Amberg Cemetery Spring. Roubal Funeral Home of Wausaukee is assisting the family with arrangements.
