People all over TIMESland were busy Tuesday and Wednesday digging out after the latest snowstorm to hit the area. On Tuesday, over 10 inches of snow was reported, along with blowing and drifting snow which made driving hazardous. Schools were closed Tuesday along with many businesses. On Wednesday, many schools opened two hours late but they were in session. Top Photo-Sally Ames of Peshtigo was busy early Wednesday morning digging out after Tuesday's storm. She is pictured removing snow by her mail boxes. Middle Photo-Workers were hard at it blowing snow from sidewalks at Peshtigo Methodist Church early Wednesday. Bottom Photo-City of Peshtigo Fire Chief Steve Anderson reminds home owners to clear fire hydrants located near their homes if at all possible. In the event of an emergency valuable time can be lost if firefighters have to clear them.
