Update Town Wausaukee Faded Road Signs in 2020

At the Wausaukee Town Board meeting on July 9 at 7 p.m. at the Town Hall Chairman Jeff Engelmann presided. Also present were Supervisors Bob Jicha, David Tomasino and Dennis Taylor, Treasurer Sally Hultquist, and Jack Zore and bob Wesolowski. Absent: Sup. Kurt Stumbris, and Clerk Cheryl Stumbris.
The agenda and minutes were approved along with the Financial Report with balance in checking $10,408.73, and MM General Account $ 281,344.08.
Jicha and Town road crew met at the cemetary to assess the roads and what they would do to make improvements. There are also concerns about size of trees and condition of buildings. Current Cemetary board Jerry Wojcik; Doug Schlies Jr. and Tammy Schlies will meet to appoint new members.
The Board discussed north part of Evergreen Park and what options there are to give to Village of Wausaukee. Jicha reviewed deeds for the park and Engelmann will contact Hilbert Radtke Village President if Village may have any interest.
Engelmann reported that Squaw Creek Road was ready for blacktop mid July. Crack filling is done with seal coating in August.
Engelmann gave update on roof which was completed June 16. Williams Painting gave an estimate of $16,500 to paint building.
Bridge report will be reviewed at the August meeting. Clerks computer will be updated.

Faded road signs will be replaced in 2020.
The Board of Audit examined the books of the clerk and compared them to treasurer's report and bank statements and were found accurate and exact.
