Suring Library Used Book Sale

On Friday through Monday, Sept. 4-7, during Labor Day weekend, the Friends of the Suring Area Public Library will conduct a Used Book Sale "Twice Sold Tales" in the Municipal Building Learning Center.
Times will be 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, Saturday, and Monday, and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. There will be books for all ages and reading levels, along with a few audiobooks, CDs, DVDs, and VHS tapes.
All proceeds will be used for programs and purchases for the Library. Unsold books will be donated to Better World Books, a company that funds nonprofit literacy partners, helping people learn to read in the U.S. and around the world.
Better World Books is a for-profit social enterprise and a global e-retailer that collects and sells new and used books online, matching each purchase with a donation, Books received from the Friends of the Suring Area Public Library are resold online, and generate funds back to the Friends
