Nancy L. (DeCamp) Fifarek, 84, of Marinette, passed away Saturday Dec. 25, 2021 at home.
Born Oct. 5, 1937 in Menominee, Mi., to the late Charles and Bernice (Newhouse) DeCamp, she married Clayton "Undie" Fifarek on Dec. 11, 1953 in Menominee and he preceded her in death on Nov. 20, 1983. She worked at Fish Net and Twine for three years and Managed the Veal Farms for Mary Jane and Elmer Ellis for seven years.
She loved time with family, especially her grandchildren and enjoyed reading, painting ceramics, knitting and crocheting. She was a member of Holy Family Parish in Marinette.
Among the survivors are two daughters, Patty Jo (Mark) Johnson of Peshtigo and Kristin Mathews of Marinette; three brothers, Raymond of Hudson, Wi. and Jerry and Jim, both of Marinette; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren and special friends, Becky Keyport, Craig Kopatz and Stanley Urbanski.
In addition to her parents and husband Clayton, she was preceded in death by three sons, Michael, Steven and Randy; a daughter, Kathleen Shampo; three brothers, Duane, David and Gary and two sisters, Carol and Kathy.
Visitation will be held at Thielen Funeral Home in Marinette on Thursday, Dec. 30 from 4 p.m. until time of a Vigil Prayer Service at 7 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Family Parish, St Joseph's Church on Carney Blvd on Friday, Dec. 31 at 11 a.m., with Rev. Celestine Byekwaso officiating. Burial will be in Forest Home Cemetery in Marinette.
