Michael John Pairon, 70, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2022 at Aurora Medical Center-Bay Area.
Born Aug.10, 1951 in Menominee, Mi., to the late Joseph and Sarah (Parrette) Pairon, he graduated from Menominee High School in 1970. He married the former Eileen Krawetzke on Aug. 19, 1972 and they were looking forward to celebrating 50 years together in August 2022. He worked at Anderson Auto and RV for most of his life until retiring.
An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed golfing, fishing, hunting, riding ATV's, snowmobiling, and he followed NASCAR and the Detroit Lions. He was also a part of the Menominee fireworks crew. He coached Pop Warner football for over 36 years for the Vikings and had several championships to his credit. He also loved his family and enjoyed all the time spent with them camping.
Survivors include his wife, Eileen; a daughter, Danielle (Steve) Anderson; a son, Michael (Kim) Pairon, Jr; six grandchildren; one great-grandson; two sisters, Mary (Neil) Beaudo and Barb (Larry) Moberg, one brother, Jim Dessart; sisters and brothers-in-law, Vicki (Al) Nerat and Jeff Krawetzke and other family and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, William "Butch" Pairon and Joseph Pairon.
Visitation was held at Cadieu Funeral Home in Menominee on Monday, Jan. 10, 2022 from 4 p.m. until time of services at 6 p.m., with Deacon Steve Gretzinger presiding. Burial was in Birch Creek Cemetery in Menominee.
