Mark C. Rosera
Issue Date: May 26, 2022
Mark C. Rosera, 61, entered eternal peace with his family by his side on Friday, May 20, 2022 at his home in Peshtigo, after a courageous battle with cancer.
He was born May 26, 1960 to Alfred Rosera and Shirley (Durocher) Washebek. Mark is a graduate of Coleman High School with the class of 1978.
Throughout the years, he earned the reputation as being the "number one supporter" of the Coleman wrestling team. In addition to enjoying snowmobiling and camping, he always looked forward to watching his grandchildren's sporting events. Mark made an impact on many individuals lives with his words of encouragement before each game or match. He could always be heard from the stands or with a honk from his favorite place in the outfield.
Mark had jobs at Capital Fixtures, Badger Paper and Thunder Mountain Ranch. Mark was a very talented craftsman who enjoyed sharing his creations with friends, family and the community. Mark was well-loved by his many friends.
One of Mark's favorite things to do, was putting a smile on every child's face by playing Santa every Christmas. He was an advocate and donated to St. Jude's annually. He is well known for his direct communication, sense of humor, great bear hugs, storytelling and ability to recall the details long forgotten by many others. Rumor has it, that he attended the Ice Bowl game in 1967.
Mark is survived by his loving mother, Shirley; his fiancé, Judy Krueger; his favorite and only son, Cade Rosera (Green Bay); his dog, Bentley; his family, Mark Krueger (Shannon), Jodi (John) Rhode and Cherri (Tony) Gruber; his grandchildren, Mollie, Katrina, Chance, Chase and Chadd; siblings, Julie (Dave) Miron, Michael (Karen) Rosera, Patrick (Stacie) Rosera and nieces and nephews.
