Peshtigo Town Meeting Cancelled Not Posted

Residents gathered at the Town of Peshtigo Town Hall to attend a Plan Commission meeting on Monday, March 21, to find out that the meeting had to be cancelled.

The meeting was legally posted in the newspapers, but inadvertently in error didn't get posted at the town hall, therefore could not be held due to it then being an illegal meeting.

The meeting has been rescheduled for Thursday, March 24 at 5:30 p.m. for an application from Randy Klemma who is proposing a plan development overlay district to include building a storage building, mini storage and sub-division on a currently residential zoned vacant land.

The second application was from Mike Bieniek, AICP - agent for VB BTS, LLC, dba: Vertical Bridge of which they are proposing to erect a 190 ft. self support lattice tower with a 9 ft. lightning rod for a total height of 199 ft., located within a 100 ft. x 100 ft. ground area.

The Public Hearing for the two requests will then be held on Thursday, April 7 at 6 p.m. at the town hall.
