The City of Peshtigo and Town of Peshtigo Fire Departments were recognized at the Peshtigo City Council meeting Tuesday night for saving three people who fell off a jet ski in the Peshtigo River and were swept near the dam on Saturday, May 14. Firefighters each received a certificate from the City of Peshtigo signed by Mayor Cathi Malke and a life saving pin for their uniform.
