Harvey Otto Seefeldt, 92, of Grover, passed away June 9, 2022 at Rennes Health Center West. He was born Nov. 1, 1929 son of the late Paul and Dora (Goldschmidt) Seefeldt and served his country in the U.S. Army in Korea. On Sept. 12, 1953 he married the former Betty England at Zion Lutheran Church in Peshtigo and the couple celebrated 68 years of marriage.
Harvey worked on his dairy farm for over 30 years and was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Grover. An avid fisherman and deer hunter he enjoyed reading every day, especially westerns and his bible every night.
He is survived by his wife, Betty; 2 sons, James (Bridget) Seefeldt and Robert Seefeldt; a daughter, Donna (Roger) Krejcarek; 7 grandchildren, Joshua (Miranda) Seefeldt, Brittany Seefeldt, Jeff (Traci) Krejcarek, Kristin (Ryan) Marks, Scott (Molly) Krejcarek, Michelle (Tim) Eatherton, Allison (Nate) Rymer; and many Great-Grandchildren. He was also survived by, a sister, Delores Schwittay; a sister-in-law, Gen Seefeldt; and many nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by, 2 brothers, David, and Lyle Seefeldt; 2 brothers-in-law, Arthur Schwittay and Robert England Jr; 2 sisters-in-law, Darla Seefeldt and Peggy England; and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Robert and Isabel England Sr.
Visitation was held Monday, June 13, at St. John's Lutheran Church in Grover from 9 am until time of services at 11 am with Pastor Daniel Sargent officiated. Burial with military honors tfollowed at St. John's Cemetery in Grover.
