Coleman School Board May Accept Track Bid On June 20

At its 7 p.m. meeting on Monday, June 20 Coleman School Board is expected to approve four resignations and a long list of people to be hired to fill various positions. Items they will act on include a number of policy revisions, student handbooks, 2022-2023 budget revisions, bond defeasment, WIAA membership, the TRITON agreement, a bid from Northeast Asphalt for track improvements, and an overnight trip for an FFA officer retreat in August.
The building and grounds update will cover track, tennis courts, barn, and other school property renovations.
Elementary/Middle School Principal Pam Berg will report on Field Trips, Picnic on the Playground or Track, Every Kid Healthy Week, Timber Rattlers Game, Junior High Track, Dance, 8th Grade Graduation, Data Dig, AGR Report, and an HYC speaker.
Resignations are to be presented from Mike Beaumont as Part-Time Custodian, Derek Marquart, as MS/HS Physical Education Teacher; Debra Pagel, as high School Library Paraprofessional, and Kyle Johnson as assistant Cross Country coach.
Scheduled for hiring are Jacob Zeitler, as MS/HS Physical Education Teacher; Tabitha Fendrick, as Success Coordinator/DAC; William Reis,as part time Math Teacher; Wanda Gappa, Summer Custodian Position; Dexter Karban, Junior Class Advisor; Brooke Tupper, Freshmen Class Advisor; Kyle Johnson, Head Cross Country Coach; Rose Eppers, Assistant Cross Country Coach; Matt Polomis, Middle School Boy's Basketball Coach; Karl Peters, Middle School Boy's Basketball Coach, and Melissa Auer, Middle School Student Council Advisor.
